Meditation to project into the future from the past.

Protocol

1

In silence squat and stare into the fire for 10 minutes.

In silence walk in a circle backwards around the fire:

  • doing this watch always into the flames, never get your eyes off it: think of what lies behind you in time: you can focus and agree beforehand hat the time frame is: the recent period of time, one year, several years, decennia, generation/s.
  • walk backwards for 40 minutes without break.

In silence squat and stare into the fire for 10 minutes.

In silence walk in a circle forwards around the fire:

  • doing this watch always into the flames, never get your eyes off it: think of what lies ahead of you in time: you can focus and agree beforehand hat the time frame is: the recent period of time, one year, several years, decennia, generation/s.
  • walk forward for 40 minutes without break.

In silence squat and stare into the fire for 10 minutes: THEN SHARE WHAT RESONATES THE MOST from both: walking backward & forward and what this evokes as wish for you for the future (close or far).

However, also while keeping fire (throwing new pieces of wood onto the flames / ashes) and / or time (alarm, hour glass, other measuring instruments or parameters) keep looking into the light of the flames !!!
